Enterprise Collection System
is a web-based
system that offers the efficiency of
centralizing multiple locations or the
ability to grant contracted agencies or
attorneys with secure real-time access to
the accounts you assign to them (including
scanned media) over the Internet.
The foundation of our system was built on
our mandate to ensure functionality and
maintain flexibility. For example, we
designed items such as OLAP, ad-hoc
report builders, and the ability to store
template letters, rather than a hard coded
letters; this allows our customers to have
the utility to comply and the ability to
edit an item as laws and regulations do,
without having to request program
modifications. The primary ability to modify
how the system manages inventory is in the
user defined workflow engine. The workflow
engine was designed to use the data elements
with user defined logic based rules to
effect account actions, such as changing
status or responsibility of accounts that
meet the criteria of the rules you specify.
Any number of user defined workflows can be
created to manage updates to accounts,
change the responsibility, create documents,
and send email notifications. Once workflows
are created by the user, they may be deleted
or adjusted by the user on the fly.
