Portfolio Inventory Management
Systems (PIMS) is privately
held and is organized as a limited
liability corporation, starting in November of
2004.
Over the past several years we examined
some of the technology available to the
receivables industry as well as feedback we gathered from
our existing customers, we determined
that a single software solution that
has the function of expanding with the
needs of our customers was the common
desire. For example, the contingency
agency that began to purchase debt, or a
debt buyer who began to litigate were both faced with
having to update their systems, because
their
current system didn’t accommodate their
change in business.
We designed our enterprise version of
Pimsware with the flexibility to provide
a single all-inclusive software solution
that fits our customers changes business
models. Whether you buy debt, collect on
contingency, litigate or a combination
of all, we can automate portfolio
functions that meet your specifications
in one cost-effective system. Pimsware
is also web-based, which offers the
efficiency of centralizing multiple
locations and the
ability to grant contracted agencies or
attorneys with secure real-time access
to the accounts you assign to them
(including scanned media) over the
Internet.
Some of the other efficient features in
our system are that we are voice over
IP enabled, interfaced with several auto
dialer, letter, credit bureau and skip
vendors. We also offer our customers a
credit card payment portal, which allows
their debtors to look up their account
balance and make a credit card payment.
Debtors can also update their address
and phone number information, which
automatically updates the collection
system. Our reporting is equipped with
OLAP technology, which provides an
analytical, friendly way to navigate,
using the click & drag method to creating reports on the
fly.
